Stacked Wellness was built on one idea: you don’t need perfect days — you just need good ones, stacked together.
Founded by coach and creator Antney Urbikas, Stacked Wellness grew out of his own transformation — from burnout and inconsistency to sustainable, structured progress. What started as a personal mission to rebuild his health became a system to help others do the same.
Every client, every plan, every check-in revolves around one question:
